The Professor Dominic Kwiatkowski Fellowship supports early- to mid-career researchers from malaria-endemic regions working in malaria genomics and molecular surveillance. Established in partnership with the Gates Foundation, the fellowship honors the legacy of Professor Dominic Kwiatkowski, a pioneer in malaria genomics and public health.

Selected fellows will receive USD 20,000 to support their research project.

Relevant areas include:

• malaria genomics,
• molecular surveillance,
• parasite and vector population genetics,
• and genomic epidemiology.
